I’ve been using chartmetric mainly to see how artists stack up against similar acts, especially when I want to check things like playlist traction, social growth, or TikTok activity. It’s convenient because I don’t have to bounce around between a bunch of different tools to get the bigger picture.
The data can feel a little behind sometimes, and it’s not exactly cheap, but overall I’ve found it reliable and easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re regularly tracking artists, though I’d probably give it 5 stars if the reports were a bit more straightforward.

I mostly use Chartmetric to keep tabs on social numbers for artists I follow or work with, and it’s just really convenient. Having Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and everything else in one place saves me from bouncing between a bunch of different apps all day.

The growth charts are probably my favorite part. They make it super easy to see when a post, release, or random spike is actually doing something and not just looking busy for no reason.
It’s not totally perfect, and every now and then some of the data feels a little delayed, but overall it saves me a ton of time and makes my workflow way easier. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I was in a good mood and excited to try Chartmetric, but the onboarding ended up feeling a little messy. There was just a lot shown at once, and I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. Support was fine when I reached out, but getting everything set up took longer than I expected.
